At Belvair, we stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, we make it right. Here is our refund policy in full.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your website goes live to request a refund of your first monthly payment, subject to the eligibility criteria below.

To request a refund, email hello@belvair.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and your business name. We process refunds within 5 business days.

What Qualifies for a Refund

• You are not satisfied with the website design after we have made reasonable revision attempts.
• You change your mind about needing a website within the 30-day window.
• The delivered website does not match the agreed scope of your selected plan.

What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

• Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date.
• Websites that were approved by you and launched to your domain. Once you approve and we launch, the first-month payment is non-refundable.
• Dissatisfaction with SEO results, Google rankings, or business outcomes. SEO takes time and results depend on many factors outside our control.
• Third-party fees already incurred on your behalf (domain registration fees are non-refundable as they are paid to the registrar).

Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your Belvair subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.

Steps to cancel:

• Send an email to hello@belvair.ai with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.”
• Include your business name and the email address associated with your account.
• We confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

What happens after cancellation:

• Your website stays live until the end of your current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your website goes offline.
• Your domain stays yours. We initiate a transfer to your personal registrar account within 14 days of your request.
• Your content (text, images, data) can be exported at no charge. If you wish to receive the full compiled website files to host independently, a one-time export fee applies based on the length of your subscription. See our Terms of Service, Section 8 for full details.
• Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, we permanently delete your hosted files.

Want to come back? If you cancel and later want to reactivate, email us. We can restore your website within 30 days of cancellation at no additional charge.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) without giving any reason. Where you have expressly requested that we begin delivering the Services before the 14-day period expires, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once performance is complete, or receive only a proportionate refund if performance has partially begun. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing concern, please email hello@belvair.ai before contacting your bank. We respond within 24 hours and resolve most issues within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
