Dermalights needed a complete strategic rebranding—logo, packaging, Shopify store, and marketing campaigns—to evolve from a generic dropshipping operation into a legitimate, premium skincare brand with international ambitions.
Complete Visual Overhaul
We rebuilt Dermalights from the ground up. New logo, new color palette, new packaging, new photography—everything. The visual identity was designed to communicate premium quality and scientific credibility, moving the brand far away from its dropshipping origins.
Persuasion-Based Copywriting
Every word on the website was crafted to persuade. We developed a copywriting strategy rooted in customer psychology: addressing pain points, building desire, and reducing friction. Product descriptions, landing pages, and email sequences all followed this persuasion framework.
Launch That Built Momentum
The rebranding launch was engineered for maximum impact. We ran a contest that generated 12,000 newsletter subscribers, grew the Instagram following to 6,000, and collected 1,200 Trustpilot reviews. We also developed upsell products and shot everything in our in-house photo studio.
International Expansion
With the brand foundation in place, Dermalights expanded into 5 international markets: the USA, Germany, Spain, the UK, and Italy. Each market received localized content and targeted campaigns, all built on the same cohesive brand system.
